- Bilingual Spanish speaking required
- Call center, sales, or community outreach experience
- Outgoing personality who is excited to bring our services to those who need them
- Good listening skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with technology and digital platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Demonstrated experience in taking direction, learn quickly, and working independently
Responsibilities
- Make calls to potential members, identifying their needs, and providing information about services offered
- Answer questions about Nadia Care and the membership journey
- Check if potential members are eligible to enroll with Nadia Care
- Register members with the program and schedule their first appointment
- Maintain databases by keeping member information up to date
- Collaborate across the team and company on feedback received from potential and current members
