Requirements
- Hands-on configuration experience with Zoho (Recruit and/or CRM)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or GoHighLevel
- API integration experience
- Experience designing auditable, human-reviewed AI-assisted workflows
- Willingness to sign an NDA and Project Agreement
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Ability to submit a portfolio of relevant work
- Ability to provide an RFQ covering proposed approach, timeline, hours, and cost
Responsibilities
- Assess CRM/ATS requirements and recommend platform/configuration approach
- Configure objects, fields, pipelines, layouts, forms, permissions, and automation
- Standardize the recruitment stage model in Zoho Recruit
- Automate communications including email alerts, templates, and interview scheduling
- Build reports, dashboards, and custom views for pipeline/recruitment activity
- Evaluate and implement AI-assisted features with human-review controls
- Develop reusable configurations, templates, and admin/SOP documentation
