Requirements
- Active Workday Financials certification (Financial Accounting or Workday Financials Core).
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Workday Financials experience in implementation, support, or optimization projects.
- Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes (record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash).
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to travel occasionally to client sites (up to 25%).
Responsibilities
- Lead or support the configuration of Workday Financials modules including General Ledger, Procurement, Expenses, and Projects.
- Run requirements-gathering and design workshops with client finance and accounting stakeholders.
- Build the Foundation Data Model (FDM), business processes, security roles, and reports.
- Support data conversion, integration testing, end-user testing, and cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and propose solutions aligned with Workday best practices.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and mentor junior consultants.
