Requirements
- Have 5–8 years of experience in ERP functional consulting, business analysis or enterprise application implementation.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Bring strong functional expertise in at least one core D365 F&O module, preferably Finance or Supply Chain Management.
- Have experience gathering business requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis and designing functional solutions.
- Have practical experience configuring D365 F&O modules and supporting end-to-end business processes.
- Be able to prepare functional specifications, FDDs, process flows and solution documentation.
- Understand the Data Management Framework (DMF), Data Entities and ERP data migration.
- Have experience working with technical teams on integrations, customisations and system enhancements.
- Understand SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect management.
- Have experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades and post-production activities.
- Be familiar with Agile, Scrum or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Support implementation, configuration, enhancement and ongoing optimisation of D365 Finance and Supply Chain Management solutions.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
- Configure D365 F&O modules and support end-to-end business processes.
- Prepare functional specifications, FDDs, process flows and solution documentation.
- Work with technical teams on integrations, customisations and system enhancements.
