Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Sciences, Occupation Health, or a related field.
- 15+ years of environmental site assessment, investigation, and remediation experience.
- High level of familiarity with regulatory environmental oversight programs administered by the California Department of Toxic Substances Control and State Water Resources Board.
- Proven track record in business development as a seller-doer.
- Project management experience developing scopes of work, cost proposals, and schedules.
- Ability to manage multiple project teams simultaneously.
- Strong technical writing skills for producing concise reports and data analysis.
- Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and client-facing skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements and expand consulting services.
- Provide senior support for complex environmental site assessment, investigation, and remediation projects.
- Offer expert guidance on navigating CalEPA oversight programs.
- Facilitate communication between clients and regulatory oversight agencies.
- Develop strategies for obtaining letters of No Further Action or Site Closure.
- Perform senior technical review of project deliverables.
