Requirements

- Strong analytical capabilities, including designing data analyses and working with complex datasets.
- Ability to communicate findings effectively to senior leaders.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborative leadership style.
- Ability and willingness to travel approximately 80% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Advise healthcare clients on supply chain strategy, operational improvement, and complex business challenges.
- Lead and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives, contract negotiations, contract management, and value analysis activities.
- Analyze complex datasets, develop analytical approaches, and translate findings into strategic narratives for senior management.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer success and high-quality delivery.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and design the path toward sustainable solutions.
- Contribute to project deliverables, consulting methodologies, and internal knowledge assets.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary consulting and healthcare teams to deliver high-value recommendations.
- Engage with healthcare professionals and leaders at multiple organizational levels.
