Requirements
- 8+ years of experience spanning business analysis, project or program management, and business-facing technology delivery roles.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority.
- Track record of getting initiatives funded and prioritized through strong business cases.
- Strong requirements discipline, including running workshops and managing documentation sign-off.
- Practical project management experience across the full lifecycle in Agile environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort presenting to executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with financial modeling for technology investments (e.g., TCO, ROI, benefit tracking) is preferred.
- System implementation experience (ERP, CRM, OMS, BI) is preferred.
- Background in consulting or professional services is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CBAP, BRMP, or Scrum Master are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact between the business and IT, engaging in planning early.
- Develop a deep understanding of business operations to identify impactful technology opportunities.
- Build business cases including problem definition, cost, benefit, and risk analysis.
- Elicit and document detailed business requirements such as process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage project lifecycle including scope, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Partner with architecture, engineering, security, and vendor teams to shape and deliver solutions.
- Establish delivery governance checkpoints to ensure alignment with technical and security standards.
- Lead operational readiness, change enablement, and go-live transitions.
- Drive post-launch adoption and track realization of promised benefits.
