Requirements
- Experience managing technical projects, owning products, or backlogs for systems, IT, or business applications teams.
- High technical fluency with the ability to understand how software platforms work and connect via APIs.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude, Gemini, or Slackbot to solve real business problems.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, well-organized technical tickets.
- Proven ability to work across multiple business units and filter competing priorities.
- Experience writing technical tickets or requirements for software developers.
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Experience with enterprise automation tools like Clay or N8N preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build, refine, and clean up technical tickets for Business Systems Admins and Developers.
- Identify opportunities to apply AI tools and workflows to solve business problems.
- Interface with cross-functional stakeholders to vet and prioritize requests.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Own the roadmap and backlog for Business Systems team initiatives.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including standups, grooming, and retrospectives.
