Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience managing technical client-facing projects within the CPG industry.
- Experience delivering technology solutions within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, ideally within trade promotion management (TPM).
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, project scope, resources, schedules, and communications effectively.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience using Jira and Microsoft Project.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating with technical teams, clients, and vendors.
- Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, deliverables, tasks, timelines, and charters; develop comprehensive project plans in MS Project and Excel.
- Monitor progress against plans, adjust timelines and resources as needed, ensure high-quality delivery, and manage project closure activities.
- Allocate tasks, assign backup resources, provide guidance and direction to team members, and ensure efficient utilization of internal and external project resources.
- Identify root causes of issues, develop effective resolutions, and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Serve as the central point of contact for project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders; provide regular updates and facilitate meetings.
- Manage project-related Teams sites, PMO meetings, and documentation; maintain organized and accurate records of all project communications.
