Job Details

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, project management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience managing technical client-facing projects within the CPG industry.
Experience delivering technology solutions within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, ideally within trade promotion management (TPM).
Proven ability to manage stakeholders, project scope, resources, schedules, and communications effectively.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Hands-on experience using Jira and Microsoft Project.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating with technical teams, clients, and vendors.
Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM (preferred).

Define project scope, deliverables, tasks, timelines, and charters; develop comprehensive project plans in MS Project and Excel.
Monitor progress against plans, adjust timelines and resources as needed, ensure high-quality delivery, and manage project closure activities.
Allocate tasks, assign backup resources, provide guidance and direction to team members, and ensure efficient utilization of internal and external project resources.
Identify root causes of issues, develop effective resolutions, and implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Serve as the central point of contact for project teams, clients, and internal stakeholders; provide regular updates and facilitate meetings.
Manage project-related Teams sites, PMO meetings, and documentation; maintain organized and accurate records of all project communications.
