Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
- Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle.
- BA/BS degree (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Utilize established relationships within the Tucson community to identify business opportunities.
- Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
- Represent the full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
- Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients’ reach and ROI.
- Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
- Work directly with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
