Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
- 5+ years of experience managing complex global clinical projects, including budget, risk, timeline, and stakeholder management.
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing and stakeholder management.
- 2+ years of Central Labs experience.
- Excellent understanding of clinical trials, project management methodologies, and clinical development processes.
- Proven ability to drive project execution, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Strong ownership mindset with a record of independent decision-making.
- Project Management training or certification (PMP, Prince2) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key contact for clients and the main liaison between clients, CROs, and Labcorp.
- Provide project management oversight with a focus on key client deliverables, budget, risk, and milestone management.
- Facilitate communications between the client and the extended internal study team, including Study Design Leads and Regional Study Coordinators.
- Review Statements of Work (SOW) to ensure quality implementation of client-specific requirements.
- Manage a portfolio of global, high-complexity studies.
- Exemplify Signature Client Service through personalized customer service and document/act upon customer expectations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics and participate in functional meetings.
