Requirements
- 5–8+ years of IT Project Management experience (medium/large technology projects).
- Experience leading ERP enhancement & optimization projects.
- Dutch language (at least B2).
- English language (C1).
- Retail, distribution or manufacturing/coatings industry experience.
- Strong project delivery skills: scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality & governance.
- Stakeholder, vendor & cross-functional team management.
- Experience in structured PMO environments.
- Knowledge of inventory management & supply chain processes.
- Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple ERP projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, resources, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, IT, and external vendors.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and project governance.
- Lead stakeholder communication, requirements, and prioritization.
- Oversee change management, testing, UAT, deployment, and business readiness.
- Ensure compliance with project governance and audit requirements.
- Drive process improvements, standardization, and project financial management.
