Requirements
- At least 2.5 years of experience in managing diverse agile IT projects.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Pivotal Tracker.
- Experience in monitoring and improving delivery quality against software development practices.
- Ability to understand client needs across various business models and assist in solution selection.
- Technical knowledge sufficient for effective communication with developers, designers, and QA specialists.
- Excellent command of English (C1+) and Polish (C2).
- Bonus: Experience in presales activities, e-commerce, Product Owner roles, workshops, or risk management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the budget, scope, and timeline and report development progress to the stakeholders.
- Work directly with external clients to build long-term relationships, manage expectations, and maintain a business-oriented approach.
- Coordinate the development of design and software solutions, taking ownership of the overall project success.
- Motivate, support, and guide the project team.
- Create or facilitate the creation of user stories, MVPs, and other lean documentation.
- Identify improvements and question the status quo.
- Proactively resolve unpredictable project situations.
