Job Details

5+ years of experience in Project Management, Strategic Operations, Program Management, Management Consulting, or similar cross-functional roles.
Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple business and technical stakeholders.
Experience working with enterprise or strategic customers, preferably in FinTech, Payments, SaaS, or technology companies.
Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth or startup environments.
Experience managing projects from planning through execution, stabilization, and post-project review.
Experience working directly with senior executives and cross-functional leadership teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and complex stakeholder environments.
Strong knowledge of project planning, dependency management, risk management, and project governance.
Ability to build and maintain project plans, timelines, dashboards, and executive reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and dependencies.

Lead and coordinate strategic, cross-functional projects for DEUNA’s key enterprise accounts in the US.
Own the overall project plan, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and governance.
Coordinate across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Technology teams.
Establish clear project governance, communication cadences, and escalation paths.
Identify and proactively manage risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies.
Provide clear and structured project updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Maintain visibility into project health and key decisions through reporting and dashboards.
Facilitate project retrospectives to improve the operating model and project execution.
