Have 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in Finance or Operations.
Bring a solid understanding of finance and accounting processes.
Have hands-on experience with process automation, process optimisation, and system integrations.
Have experience working across departments and aligning stakeholders you do not manage.
Demonstrate a track record of independently owning projects from idea to result.
Show strong ownership and proactivity, taking responsibility for outcomes.
Communicate confidently with senior leaders.
Bring attention to detail and a systematic, pragmatic approach.
Be comfortable with a high pace, large workload, uncertainty, and shifting priorities.
Have strong written and spoken English.
Business Operations or Finance Operations experience is a plus.
Experience in crypto, fintech, payments, a fast-growing digital business, or integrating payment or financial service providers is a plus.
Experience in a start-up or scale-up where processes were built from scratch is a plus.

Lead internal finance projects from idea to result, including scoping, planning, stakeholder coordination, timelines, and delivery.
Drive integrations of new providers and systems into finance workflows with product, engineering, payments, and accounting teams.
Track timelines and dependencies across departments to deliver projects on committed dates.
Communicate project status, risks, and results to department heads and senior leadership.
Map finance and accounting processes, identify bottlenecks and manual work, and prioritise improvements.
Automate financial reporting and reduce the effort required to produce reliable numbers.
Build lean, practical finance processes where none exist.
Standardise finance team requests, handoffs, approvals, and ownership with other teams.
Identify process and data issues, investigate root causes, and propose solutions.
