Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Bring hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Have experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Have a proven track record of commercially delivering web or mobile application development projects.
- Understand the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Be able to discuss architecture, technical concepts, and estimations with developers.
- Bring strong self-organization, empathy, assertiveness, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English for project delivery and direct communication with international clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects throughout their lifecycle, from conceptual and discovery phases through deployment and closure.
- Handle day-to-day client communication, progress reporting, expectation management, and client relationships.
- Ensure smooth development-team workflows, remove blockers, and facilitate Agile project events.
- Define and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Identify project risks and respond to scope changes.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of delivered solutions.
