Requirements
- 10+ years' project management experience in SAP environments, including integration and/or separation (carve-in/carve-out) projects
- Functional expertise in one or more SAP modules
- Proven leadership of cross-functional, matrix-based delivery, coordinating large teams in an international context
- Fluent French and English, written and spoken
- Strong leadership, autonomy and rigor, with a proactive, decisive mindset
- Lean mindset and continuous improvement focus
- Experience working across functional, technical and business stakeholders in high-pressure, fixed-deadline environments
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives and delivery methodology, leveraging market best practices
- Identify stakeholders, define roles and responsibilities, and establish effective governance
- Build and maintain a detailed, executable project plan covering impact assessment, design, build, testing, deployment, training and hypercare
- Track and mitigate risks, escalating proactively to keep milestones on track
- Coordinate service providers/third-party vendors and collaborate with distributed teams across time zones
