Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing complex enterprise projects or programs.
- Hands-on experience with both Planview and Broadcom Clarity.
- Proven experience delivering PMO, Portfolio Management or Work Intake transformations.
- Strong track record of managing multi-workstream enterprise programs.
- Experience managing implementation partners, software vendors and external delivery teams.
- Strong executive stakeholder management experience, including steering committees and senior leadership.
- Experience leading organizational and process transformation initiatives, not just technology implementations.
- Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within a mature PMO or enterprise governance environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Planview to Clarity transformation program.
- Own the integrated project plan, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Coordinate multiple business and technology workstreams across the program.
- Oversee implementation activities across Clarity, ConnectALL, Rally, and related portfolio management capabilities.
- Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change control.
- Lead executive governance, steering committees, and senior-level status reporting.
- Manage implementation partners, software vendors, and third-party resources.
- Facilitate future-state process design workshops covering portfolio management, work intake, and governance.
- Support the design and implementation of future-state portfolio governance and operating models.
- Drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new processes and technology.
