Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience leading complex IT projects.
- Proven track record in projects involving AI, Machine Learning, automation, or digital transformation.
- Strong proficiency in managing projects within SAP environments, enterprise platforms, or system integrations.
- Experience in defining project governance, maintaining RAID logs, and executive-level status reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all organizational levels, including senior management.
- Experience managing vendors and external implementation partners.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and/or SAFe frameworks, including sprint planning and backlog management.
- Very good command of the English language.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to MVP and pilot deployment.
- Establish and maintain project governance, roadmaps, schedules, and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional work between business, technical, and external vendor teams.
- Manage relationships with deployment partners and oversee their deliverables.
- Facilitate project events including kick-offs, sprint planning, and steering committee meetings.
- Oversee RAID (Risk, Assumption, Issue, Dependency) logs and manage escalations.
- Ensure project alignment with organizational architecture and SAP integrations.
- Coordinate business validation, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
- Report project status to senior leadership and project sponsors.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
