Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager, Technical PM, or Program Manager.
- Experience in fast-growing tech startups, scale-ups, or digital ecosystems.
- Deep understanding of modern AI ecosystems (LLMs, AI agents, workflow automation).
- Expertise in AI-driven operational transformation and rapid experimentation cycles.
- Strong understanding of agile project management, product discovery, and customer research.
- Ability to manage cross-functional alignment and execution without formal line authority.
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools such as Notion, Jira, or Asana.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data for executives.
- Deep familiarity with travel and hospitality tech (strongly preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement structured project frameworks for strategic growth and product transformation.
- Manage discovery and validation cycles to test new market hypotheses and services.
- Execute product roadmaps by aligning research, development, and client feedback loops.
- Build and maintain milestone-driven roadmaps with dynamic dependency mapping.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across product, growth, and operations teams.
- Establish governance, dashboards, and reporting cadences for executive leadership.
