Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in PM, Service Delivery Manager, or PMO roles for IT or Cyber services.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or DevSecOps (e.g., AppSec, vulnerability management, SOC, pentesting).
- Deep understanding of ITIL principles (request fulfillment, change management, CAB).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
- Advanced experience with Excel or Power Query; Python or Power BI skills are highly valued.
- Demonstrable experience in enterprise-class governance (RAID, decision logs, change control).
- English language proficiency at C1 level, capable of formal correspondence and presentation.
- Assertive communication skills for managing stakeholders and SLA-related issues.
- Availability for quarterly business travel to Abu Dhabi (approx. one week per trip).
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PSM/PSPO, ITIL 4, CISSP, or CISM are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily service intake, classification, and assignment of tasks in ServiceNow.
- Monitor and manage SLA and OLA performance proactively using source data.
- Prepare weekly status reports covering milestones, KPIs, and commercial delivery layers.
- Maintain program governance including RAID logs, decision tracking, and steering committee meetings.
- Oversee team onboarding, access management, and ensure coverage for SAST, DAST, SCA, and other security lanes.
- Lead change management initiatives and AI integration projects, including stakeholder coordination.
- Coordinate vendor and licensing dependencies, ensuring service scope and change requests are clearly documented and billed.
