Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience delivering large-scale projects or programs in international and multicultural environments.
- Proven experience in Project Management, Agile Project Management, Product Owner, Change Management, or Digital Transformation roles.
- Previous consulting experience, including driving Digital and Agile Transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Experience working with clients based in France, including AMOA or AMOE environments.
- Native or fully bilingual French proficiency (C2 level).
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Technology, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate digital transformation and business change initiatives.
- Manage large-scale projects and programs across international and multicultural teams.
- Drive Agile transformation initiatives and support the adoption of Agile best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and client organizations.
- Support organizational change management activities and transformation roadmaps.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with France-based clients.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
