Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, delivery leadership, professional services, ERP, SaaS, or business-solution implementation projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, project plans, and milestone control.
- Strong client-facing English communication skills with experience leading meetings with US stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into clear, structured, actionable tasks for delivery teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing project financials, including budget, actuals, forecasts, utilization, and margins.
- Strong command of project management practices: planning, RAID management, governance, resource coordination, and change control.
- Ability to coordinate global cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across time zones.
- Willingness to work overlap hours across both US and Asia time zones several days a week.
- Willingness to relocate temporarily or permanently to another Novobi office for on-site support if required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certification is a plus.
- Experience managing distributed or offshore delivery teams across multiple time zones is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of ERP implementation, enhancement, and support projects from mobilization through go-live and support transition.
- Act as the day-to-day delivery leader for US clients, facilitating meetings during US overlap hours.
- Serve as the primary bridge between US-based clients and the Asia-based delivery team.
- Translate business requirements into clear, scoped tasks with defined outcomes and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain integrated project plans including scope, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Establish governance cadences including project kickoffs, steering updates, and executive reporting.
- Manage the RAID process (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies) to drive mitigation and escalation.
- Control project commercial health, including budget tracking, resource allocation, and scope creep management.
