Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management within software environments.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stream delivery projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Scrum experience is a major advantage.
- Technical literacy to operate effectively with engineering teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence or similar delivery tracking and documentation tools.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is desirable.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like MDR or ISO/IEC is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent product, integration, and customer implementation projects.
- Translate strategic roadmaps into actionable plans with defined milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive delivery cadences including planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Align cross-functional priorities between engineering, product, QA, and commercial teams.
- Provide actionable reporting on program health, KPIs, and delivery performance to leadership.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while balancing trade-offs between scope, time, and quality.
- Ensure project delivery meets regulatory and quality compliance standards like MDR and ISO.
