- Proficiency with industry tools and computer software.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Attention to detail and diligent record-keeping habits.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the client's ultimate internal advocate.
- Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules.
- Track tasks and deliverables for accounts on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure all tasks and deliverables are created on-time and on-brief.
- Act as the gatekeeper for all production deliverables by reviewing work and providing actionable feedback.
- Attend regular client check-ins.
- Escalate and resolve content or strategy issues.
