Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, revenue operations, or strategy & operations.
- Prior experience working inside a software company.
- Demonstrated people management experience with at least one direct report.
- Track record of owning and driving complex, ambiguous analytical problems to completion.
- Expert-level financial and operational modeling in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Working fluency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or Power BI.
- Command of core SaaS and GTM metrics (ARR, NRR/GRR, pipeline coverage, CAC, LTV).
- Executive presence with the ability to present to COO, CEO, or board members.
- Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools for operational efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and grow the Commercial Operations team and individual contributors.
- Own revenue systems and ensure the CRM serves as a trusted source of truth.
- Administer sales compensation and commission calculations accurately and timely.
- Manage deal desk operations, including approval frameworks and discount guardrails.
- Execute end-to-end sales forecasting, including cadence, models, and accuracy.
- Build and maintain sales productivity and pipeline analytics to identify funnel leaks.
- Analyze pricing, packaging, and discounting performance to surface value and reduce friction.
- Drive cross-functional growth initiatives from problem framing through to implementation.
- Partner with COO and CFO to prepare metrics and executive narratives for board and investor reporting.
