Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS.
  • 2+ years of experience in payments or financial services.
  • Proven experience in customer lifecycle marketing, including campaign launches and audience development.
  • Experience developing ideal customer profiles and product messaging/positioning.
  • Strong understanding of small business customers and market research techniques.
  • Experience running experiments and testing within product surfaces to support data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with both self-serve and sales-led B2B motions.
  • Track record of successfully launching new products and features in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies for financial services offerings, including messaging, positioning, pricing, packaging, and content.
  • Lead customer lifecycle marketing programs, building targeted campaigns, audience segments, and ideal customer profiles.
  • Design and run experiments across product surfaces to test messaging, offers, and features, using data to optimize outcomes.
  • Support major product launches and independently lead go-to-market efforts for new products and features.
  • Conduct customer, competitive, and market research to inform messaging, positioning, pricing, and product strategy.
