Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS within product operations, product program/portfolio management, or technical program management.
  • Experience standing up operating rhythms and launch processes at scale.
  • Proven ownership of cross-functional launch/release management connecting Product and GTM teams.
  • Experience operating across a multi-product or platform portfolio managing cross-team dependencies.
  • Fluency with product operations tooling and data, including roadmapping, backlog/agile, and product analytics.
  • Ability to build reliable reporting for leadership.
  • Strong systems-thinking and organizational skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Credibility to drive process adoption across Sales, CS, and Marketing teams.
  • Preferred: GRC or regulated-industry SaaS exposure.
  • Preferred: Experience taking a platform or connected-suite offering to market.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize the product charter across cadences, decision rights, backlog and roadmap reviews, and quarterly planning.
  • Design and orchestrate end-to-end launch and release management processes connecting Product with Marketing, Sales, CS, and Support.
  • Develop and maintain product instrumentation, reporting, and tooling stacks for data-driven insights.
  • Act as an operational bridge between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to coordinate cross-product dependencies.
  • Onboard PMs into the operating model and codify playbooks for launch, release, and reporting.
  • Maintain a single source of truth for portfolio delivery timelines, milestones, and forecasting.
  • Facilitate prioritization and trade-off discussions to ensure capacity is aligned with product demand.
  • Design and maintain meeting architecture to ensure clear accountability, decision logs, and action tracking.
