Requirements
- 8–12+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS within product operations, product program/portfolio management, or technical program management.
- Experience standing up operating rhythms and launch processes at scale.
- Proven ownership of cross-functional launch/release management connecting Product and GTM teams.
- Experience operating across a multi-product or platform portfolio managing cross-team dependencies.
- Fluency with product operations tooling and data, including roadmapping, backlog/agile, and product analytics.
- Ability to build reliable reporting for leadership.
- Strong systems-thinking and organizational skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Credibility to drive process adoption across Sales, CS, and Marketing teams.
- Preferred: GRC or regulated-industry SaaS exposure.
- Preferred: Experience taking a platform or connected-suite offering to market.
Responsibilities
- Operationalize the product charter across cadences, decision rights, backlog and roadmap reviews, and quarterly planning.
- Design and orchestrate end-to-end launch and release management processes connecting Product with Marketing, Sales, CS, and Support.
- Develop and maintain product instrumentation, reporting, and tooling stacks for data-driven insights.
- Act as an operational bridge between Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to coordinate cross-product dependencies.
- Onboard PMs into the operating model and codify playbooks for launch, release, and reporting.
- Maintain a single source of truth for portfolio delivery timelines, milestones, and forecasting.
- Facilitate prioritization and trade-off discussions to ensure capacity is aligned with product demand.
- Design and maintain meeting architecture to ensure clear accountability, decision logs, and action tracking.
