Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in an IT Delivery Management role with a focus on Agile methodologies.
- C1 English skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with JIRA and Notion.
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Experience delivering AI, ML, or data-driven software projects is a meaningful advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development and custom technology projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Guide and coach the Project Management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
- Identify and actively remove impediments and risks that may impact team velocity and project delivery.
- Apply and champion Agile methodologies to manage project workflows and ensure the timely delivery of solutions.
- Communicate projects updates, progress, and risks to senior management and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring transparency.
- Oversee billing, time tracking, and budget management for project portfolios.
