Requirements
- Successful experience running product or delivery for a small SaaS team.
- Technically fluent with ability to write clear product specifications and evaluate trade-offs.
- Organized and proactive with experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Amplitude and SQL.
- Comfortable working asynchronously and managing priorities independently.
- Strong communication skills to keep work moving across time zones.
- Bonus: Experience in the Shopify ecosystem, App Store Optimization (ASO), or paid acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate developers and testers through the full delivery cycle: spec, build, ship, and measure.
- Define roadmaps and maintain prioritized backlogs in Linear based on data and support signals.
- Design and execute analytics-driven experiments to report on impact.
- Manage platform compliance, including Shopify API changes and Built for Shopify status.
- Oversee the support agency relationship and handle product/engineering escalations.
- Manage quarterly marketing budgets and collaborate with contractors on paid ad campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize Shopify App Store rankings.
