Requirements
- Minimum of ten years' experience in legal practice, legal operations, or corporate and commercial legal services.
- Substantive depth in contract work, specifically with non-disclosure agreements and United States commercial contracts.
- Experience within a private equity or financial services context is strongly preferred.
- Proven record of building or transforming functions into structured, metrics-driven operations.
- Demonstrable fluency in artificial intelligence, including the ability to design and deploy AI-enabled workflows.
- Experience leading distributed teams with a focus on structured people management.
- Availability to work in alignment with US Eastern business hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a globally distributed team of approximately fourteen lawyers and paralegals.
- Redesign the drafting and review workflow for non-disclosure agreements by embedding artificial intelligence.
- Identify, scope, and launch additional contract review and drafting services to expand the business unit.
- Assume full ownership of turnaround times, quality standards, and client-facing outcomes.
- Partner with the Managing Partner and other firm leaders as a direct business stakeholder.
