Requirements
- Minimum of ten years' experience in legal practice, legal operations, or corporate and commercial legal services.
- Substantive depth in contract work, with direct experience in non-disclosure agreements.
- Strong preference for experience with United States commercial contracts, ideally in private equity or financial services.
- Proven track record of building or transforming functions into metrics-driven operations.
- Demonstrable ability to design and deploy AI-enabled workflows.
- Experience leading and developing globally distributed teams.
- Commitment to structured people management and professional development.
- Availability to work in alignment with US Eastern business hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a globally distributed team of approximately fourteen lawyers and paralegals.
- Establish structured people management practices including regular one-to-ones and professional development.
- Redesign contract drafting and review workflows by embedding artificial intelligence to improve throughput.
- Identify, scope, and launch additional contract review and drafting services to expand the business unit.
- Assume ownership of turnaround times, quality standards, and client-facing outcomes.
- Operate as a direct business partner to the Managing Partner and firm leadership.
