Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in value-based care delivery, clinical operations, care-model development, or healthcare strategy.
- Track record of building healthcare programs or products from concept to implementation and scale.
- Deep understanding of clinical and operational levers impacting quality, medical expense, and patient outcomes in value-based care models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex problems into measurable solutions.
- Experience partnering with Product, Analytics, and Technology teams on data- and technology-enabled solutions.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across clinical and non-clinical functions.
- Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree in clinical, business, or public health preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to distinguish between high-impact technology use cases and technology for its own sake.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CCO to shape population health and total cost of care strategy.
- Work with Finance and Analytics teams to identify opportunities to improve outcomes and reduce medical expense.
- Guide the design, launch, and continuous improvement of clinical programs, including practice enablement and virtual patient support.
- Develop program operating models, including workflows, staffing, technology requirements, and performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to translate clinical priorities into actionable requirements.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI, and external solutions for clinical value and operational fit.
- Communicate strategies and results to executive leadership.
