Job Details

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of product design experience navigating ambiguous problems within complex products.
Portfolio demonstrating recent, substantive work in complex products.
Systems thinking at scale, with experience designing for interconnected surfaces.
Comfort with technical depth, including API design, data modeling, and content architecture.
Strong interaction and visual design craft.
Fluency in AI-assisted workflows, including prototyping in code and utilizing AI tools for exploration.
Ability to communicate with precision, influence product strategy, and present tradeoffs to senior stakeholders.

Own the Agentic CMS experience end-to-end, from early discovery and UX strategy through prototyping and detailed execution.
Define how enterprise marketing teams author, organize, govern, and publish content across multiple sites and channels.
Design surfaces for both humans and AI agents, ensuring the right controls, transparency, and trust signals.
Think in systems to hold a coherent experience model across interconnected surfaces.
Partner with PMs, engineers, and researchers to align on content models, API affordances, and product strategy.
Present work to cross-functional partners and senior leaders, and drive the vision for CMS integration within the Webflow platform.
