Job Details

Proven experience in a hands-on manager role, accountable for team output and priority allocation.
Strong technical proficiency in SQL, Airflow, and dbt.
Demonstrated ability to maintain and scale BI tools and event tracking plans.
Hands-on experience with Redshift, Fivetran, Segment, and Lightdash.
Product-minded approach to roadmap planning and stakeholder requirements.
Daily, professional use of AI tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or ChatGPT for automation and quality checks.
Experience building monitors and automation rather than relying on manual reviews.
Ability to communicate standards clearly and hold teams accountable while maintaining positive professional relationships.
Strong technical depth in the data warehouse and pipeline layer.

Develop and prioritize the company's data governance roadmap based on business needs.
Manage data quality, freshness, lineage, and security across the entire data stack.
Oversee the Lightdash migration, including workspace structure, permissions, and stakeholder enablement.
Maintain and extend the semantic layer to ensure standardized metric definitions.
Govern Segment event tracking, including review lifecycles and drift detection.
Implement automated monitoring and impact analysis to catch production changes before they impact downstream data.
Define and maintain documentation and ownership models for data governance systems.
