Requirements
- More than 2 years of cloud and Infrastructure experience.
- Strong development experience in Ruby on Rails and Go Lang.
- Previous professional experience in a DevOps/SRE/ProdEng role supporting customer-facing web services.
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters (cloud-hosted or self-hosted).
- Experience building and managing highly-available public cloud infrastructure.
- Experience using configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform).
- Experience supporting databases (relational or no-SQL), message buses, and caching services.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective partnerships.
- Experience with AWS services, ArgoCD, and Datadog preferred.
Responsibilities
- Automate scaling, monitoring, and infrastructure operations.
- Build self-service tooling for the engineering organization using Ruby on Rails and Go.
- Design, build, and support cloud infrastructure using automation and infrastructure-as-code.
- Adapt new technologies to optimize efficiency and reliability.
- Partner with product development engineers to build services following modern design patterns.
- Advocate for and adopt safe, reliable AI tools and agentic AI workflows.
