Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in an operational capacity (revenue, financial, sales, Order To Cash, or Deal Desk).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Tech, or equivalent.
- Strong and fluent in English.
- Solid understanding of the order-to-cash pipeline.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, QuickBooks, SAP Ariba, Tungsten, Coupa, Everstage, and Candex.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Understanding of financial math.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate customer contracts to ensure compliance with policies, legal standards, and revenue recognition guidelines.
- Support the end-to-end Order to Cash process, including order entry, revenue recognition, and GTM payouts.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of contracts and transactions in revenue operations systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce revenue cycle bottlenecks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, InfoSec, AR, and Product teams.
- Support quarterly targets to ensure revenue is realized as cash, accurate revenue reporting, and forecasting.
- Address customer inquiries related to billing, contracts, or payment issues professionally.
