- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and meet tight timelines.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
- Ability to work East Coast hours.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from intake through offer and close.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles.
- Proactively source and engage diverse talent using multiple channels.
- Screen and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational values.
- Manage candidate experience with clear, timely, and respectful communication.
- Track and report on hiring progress, pipeline health, and key metrics.
- Support employer branding efforts and continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
