Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing publishers in the affiliate marketing industry.
- Proven experience with direct publisher or partner management for an advertiser or network.
- Demonstrable history of personally owning a margin or revenue number.
- Experience working in a regulated vertical such as insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance.
- Strong judgment in navigating compliance constraints while maintaining business growth.
- Proficiency in performance tracking platforms (e.g., Tune).
- Experience with compliance monitoring tools like IntegriShield or Lashback preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and proactively identify and execute optimization strategies.
- Effective problem-solving skills for handling blocked opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own publisher relationships, opportunities, scaling, and results end-to-end.
- Manage and maintain responsibility for the margin on your assigned book of business.
- Ensure a diversified portfolio to manage risk and protect margin stability.
- Monitor partner traffic actively to maintain compliance before issues escalate.
- Keep partners actively engaged and satisfied with the collaboration.
- Share knowledge and insights with the team to improve collective performance.
