Requirements
- Four or more years managing publishers in affiliate, including direct partner management for an advertiser or network.
- Proven track record of personally owning a margin or revenue number.
- Experience working in a regulated vertical such as insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance.
- Strong judgment in working within regulatory constraints to solve compliance roadblocks.
- Fluency in performance tracking platforms (Tune preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and spot optimization opportunities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience across both direct publisher relationships and network distribution is a plus.
- Depth of relationship in the insurance vertical is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own publisher relationships end-to-end, including onboarding, scaling, and relationship management.
- Manage a margin number for your specific book of business and track performance against targets.
- Maintain a diversified publisher portfolio to manage risk and stability.
- Monitor partner traffic for compliance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
- Conduct proactive optimization and identify scaling opportunities for partners.
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing through weekly sessions and collaborative exchange.
