Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing publishers in the affiliate marketing space.
- Proven history of direct publisher or partner management for an advertiser or a network.
- Demonstrable experience owning a margin or revenue number.
- Experience working within a regulated vertical such as insurance, credit, lending, or personal finance.
- Proficiency with performance tracking platforms.
- Strong judgment in handling compliance constraints and finding creative solutions.
- Proactive approach to data analysis, optimization, and scaling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Own publisher relationships from end to end including scaling and results.
- Manage the margin on your assigned book of publishers.
- Maintain a diversified book to manage risk effectively.
- Monitor partner traffic and proactively address compliance issues.
- Maintain ongoing proactive communication and engagement with partners.
- Participate in weekly sessions to share insights and best practices.
