Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or current bachelor’s degree student.
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, inside sales, customer onboarding, or customer service.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to manage high activity volumes, prioritize effectively, and deliver against deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English with excellent spoken communication and call handling ability.
- Strong persuasive ability, organized reporting, and effective coordination skills.
- Strong desire to learn industry best practices and improve performance outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Use CRM tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Aircall, and Marketo to support customer onboarding, assist with KYC completion, and engage prospects.
- Apply communication and problem-solving skills to guide customers through onboarding and improve conversion outcomes.
- Manage communication with new accounts through calls, emails, and automated sequences, working with operations teams to support activation.
- Address onboarding, operational, and payment-related issues to encourage first funded transactions.
- Support onboarding and activation goals by maintaining outreach and introducing relevant products to customers.
- Share feedback, insights, and ideas in team meetings to contribute to new business growth.
