Requirements
- BS or MS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or relevant engineering discipline.
- 15+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) preferred in Massachusetts.
- Demonstrated success in developing new markets and securing key municipal clients.
- Proven ability to achieve financial growth targets.
- Strong record of mentoring, team development, and leading cross-discipline project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients to drive growth and performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in business development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the growth of infrastructure services within the designated local market.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand relationships with municipal, utility, and public-sector clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients regarding infrastructure priorities and funding mechanisms.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities while leading proposal and interview processes.
- Oversee the delivery of municipal infrastructure projects including water, wastewater, and stormwater management.
- Ensure technical excellence, quality control, and adherence to project budget and schedule.
- Manage project performance including backlog, utilization, and profitability metrics.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performance team of engineers and project managers.
