Requirements
- Proven account management, partnership management, or sales experience, preferably in mental health/ND assessment.
- Track record of influencing decision-makers and building brand advocates.
- Evidence of retaining account revenue and achieving organic growth.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in planning and facilitating meetings and workshops.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt to different customer personas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrable planning, organizing, and prioritization skills.
- Deep understanding of the NHS landscape and commissioning processes.
- Willingness to travel within the UK for face-to-face meetings and conferences.
- Commitment to ethical practices and safeguarding standards.
- Skilled in reporting and using data for decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop customer relationships with key NHS decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
- Understand customer challenges and goals to create solutions with internal cross-functional teams.
- Plan and attend virtual and in-person meetings with target customers.
- Map key decision-makers and build plans to grow brand advocacy and NPS.
- Facilitate regular account meetings using qualitative and quantitative data to track performance.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Growth, Operations, Clinical, Finance, Product, and Tech teams to ensure a coordinated customer experience.
- Prepare customer impact reports focused on client and family needs.
- Provide market insights to inform company strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
