Requirements

  • Proven account management, partnership management, or sales experience, preferably in mental health/ND assessment.
  • Track record of influencing decision-makers and building brand advocates.
  • Evidence of retaining account revenue and achieving organic growth.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in planning and facilitating meetings and workshops.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt to different customer personas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrable planning, organizing, and prioritization skills.
  • Deep understanding of the NHS landscape and commissioning processes.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK for face-to-face meetings and conferences.
  • Commitment to ethical practices and safeguarding standards.
  • Skilled in reporting and using data for decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer relationships with key NHS decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
  • Understand customer challenges and goals to create solutions with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Plan and attend virtual and in-person meetings with target customers.
  • Map key decision-makers and build plans to grow brand advocacy and NPS.
  • Facilitate regular account meetings using qualitative and quantitative data to track performance.
  • Update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Operations, Clinical, Finance, Product, and Tech teams to ensure a coordinated customer experience.
  • Prepare customer impact reports focused on client and family needs.
  • Provide market insights to inform company strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
