Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree.
- 2+ years of related experience.
- Technical skills: Power BI, Power Query, SQL, relational databases, data validation, reporting documentation, and Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure SQL preferred.
- Ability to follow strict privacy, access, and data handling requirements.
- Experience validating reports, documenting findings, supporting testing, and performing analytics tasks within a structured development environment.
- Ability to meet applicable contract suitability and access requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support the development, updates, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards covering enrollment, claims, utilization, program performance, healthcare costs, and compliance metrics.
- Collaborate with report developers, analytics leadership, data engineers, database administrators, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, review results, and resolve data discrepancies.
- Drive reporting accuracy by performing data validation, documenting business rules, maintaining report inventories, and assisting with report migration and user acceptance testing.
- Utilize Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Query, Azure SQL, SQL queries, and Azure DevOps to prepare data, update reporting models, organize documentation, test reports, and track work within established development standards.
