Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or healthcare analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Query.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
- Experience performing data validation and investigating analytical discrepancies.
- Experience maintaining reporting documentation, business rules, or report inventories.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and structured reporting-development environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Azure SQL (preferred).
- Ability to support report testing, UAT, and QA processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards for enrollment, claims, costs, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, report developers, and data engineers to gather and clarify requirements.
- Perform data validation and investigate reporting discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain report inventories and documentation regarding business rules and analytical findings.
- Support report migration, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance processes.
- Execute SQL queries against relational databases to support analysis and validation.
- Utilize Azure DevOps for documentation and tracking development tasks.
- Adhere to strict data privacy, security, and handling standards.
