Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in performance analysis, business intelligence, or revenue management.
- Experience working with large datasets, reconciling multi-source information, and identifying trends.
- Demonstrated experience automating reporting or analytical processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and financial modeling.
- Proficiency with Tableau for dashboard development and maintenance.
- Working proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Experience using generative AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for workflow design.
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.
- Strong independent analytical judgment and influencing skills without direct authority.
- Familiarity with STR and hospitality performance data preferred.
- Python or scripting experience for data manipulation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own recurring performance reporting across key revenue metrics like market share index, RevPAR, and channel contribution.
- Analyze performance at brand, regional, and market levels to identify actionable revenue opportunities.
- Design and maintain automated reporting and analytical workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Evaluate demand patterns, event impacts, and segment trends to distinguish actionable insights from market noise.
- Measure the impact of revenue initiatives by establishing success criteria and monitoring results.
- Translate complex data analysis into concise performance narratives and executive-ready recommendations.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools to develop reusable solutions and documented workflows.
