Job Details

4+ years of experience in performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth-focused content roles.
Proven track record of writing high-converting email, video script, and landing page copy.
Strong understanding of email marketing mechanics including segmentation, sequencing, and deliverability.
Familiarity with landing page structure and conversion principles.
Deep understanding of performance KPIs such as open rate, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/ESP platforms.
Demonstrated ability to use A/B testing and AI tools effectively.
Excellent English grammar, editing, and messaging skills in a B2B context.
Adept at building Claude Skills or comparable custom AI workflows to scale production.
Demonstrated project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred: Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors.
Preferred: Experience briefing or storyboarding video scripts.

Write marketing and lifecycle emails, including welcome series and nurture workflows, for Xometry and Thomas brands.
Develop video scripts for YouTube, paid social, and product explainers that translate technical concepts into clear narratives.
Draft high-converting landing page copy, from hero messaging to CTAs, aligned with traffic sources.
Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to plan and sequence email journeys while aligning copy with visual assets.
Collaborate with Product, Content, and Growth Marketing teams to maintain brand voice and campaign alignment.
Use performance metrics like CTR, CVR, and ROAS to iterate and refine copy for better engagement.
Build and implement Claude Skills to streamline copy production, QA, and A/B test generation.
