Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least one back-end language (Python, Java, Node.js, Go, or Ruby).
- Proficiency in front-end development using React and vanilla ES6+ JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of API architectures (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and query optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep expertise using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as a primary workflow.
- Proven experience designing automated test gates and verification workflows for AI output.
- Experience building and maintaining project-specific AI context documentation.
- Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, design patterns, and version control (Git).
Responsibilities
- Maintain living context files (e.g., CLAUDE.md) encoding project standards and preferences.
- Design automated verification systems like hooks and CI gates to ensure code quality without manual line-by-line review.
- Convert manual corrections into rules, patterns, and reusable skills to prevent recurring issues.
- Coordinate multiple AI agents on concurrent workstreams to maintain system coherence.
- Identify and resolve logic errors, architectural drift, and API hallucinations.
- Own features end-to-end, spanning database schema design to UI implementation.
- Allocate time to system improvement and architectural investment alongside feature delivery.
