Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in quality engineering and test automation.
- Deep experience designing performance, stress, and load testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Strong command of REST API testing and microservices validation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and GitOps.
- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS) on AWS.
- Experience testing event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS) and databases.
- High-agency mindset with a focus on eliminating manual friction.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect and embed automated quality benchmarks for Payments Acceptance.
- Execute high-concurrency load, stress, and latency testing for payment pipelines.
- Pioneer AI-native software engineering practices for test creation and synthetic data generation.
- Implement telemetry-driven monitoring using tools like Prometheus and Grafana for incident prevention.
- Partner with feature teams to build 'Golden Paths' for automated testing.
- Mentor team members on quality engineering best practices.
